査読でやってみたらうまくいった手順
(1) 日本語と英語ごちゃまぜのコメントを書く
(2) ChatGPTでまずは正しい英語にしてもらう
(3) 英語にしたものを ChatGPTでさらに "Proofread this, improving clarity and flow:" と指示したら英語の質がたかくなって具体例が追加されるのでそれをさらに校正

（1000 tokensごとに0.02ドル払ってOpenAIに何万円も課金したからわかるのですが）ChatGPTが語数や字数をカウントできないのはプログラム的にtokenでカウントしているからだと思います。"Summarize the following article in 150 tokens."とかにすれば120語ぐらいでサマリーしてくれるんじゃないかな。
